6.2. Force Majeure: Ledgers Asset is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control.

6.3. Risk Disclosure: Ledgers Asset does not bear responsibility for the utilization of returns by its investors. Our approach is hands-off, and we are excluded once withdrawals are initiated, ensuring a clear distinction in roles and responsibilities.

7.1. Termination by You: You may terminate your use of our services at any time by providing written notice to the Company.

7.2. Termination by Ledgers Asset: The Company may terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

These Terms Are Governed By And Construed In Accordance With the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD). We are FSCS insured
